About the event

Unlock the transformative power of writing with 'Writing for Wellbeing.' This engaging in-person course is designed for individuals seeking to use their creativity in a mindful way, through writing.


Over one relaxed but informative workshop, participants explore the benefits of a mindful writing practice, guided by expert insights and practical exercises. The workshop introduces life writing, nature writing and poetry as powerful creative outlets and explores writing for self-care through self-expression.


The workshop is delivered over the course of the day, 10am - 4.30pm, with a lunch break. A workbook is included in the ticket price.


The venue for this workshop is Beverley's peaceful Quaker Meeting House, close to Beverley town centre, where workshop participants can go for lunch in one of its many cafes or pubs. The Quaker Meeting House also has full kitchen facilities if you prefer to bring your own lunch. More information about the venue
